Local CPD

Welcome to your local CPD web page. Your continuing Professional Development 'CPD' is not just about attending courses.

Definition of CPD

The Institution uses the following definition for CPD: The systematic maintenance, improvement and broadening of knowledge and skill and the development of personal qualities necessary for the execution of professional and technical duties throughout the practitioner's working life.

Keep notes throughout the year on items your wish to record on your annual returns or alternatively fill the form on line.

If you require further advice and guidance on CPD and the Institution requirements, members should contact Vincent Brierly on vincent@brierly.co.uk or the CPD Officer at the Institution.

RIBA East runs regular CPD seminars for construction industry professionals. Our forthcoming events are listed below – if you require further information on any of the seminars or details of our CPD subscription scheme offering up to 25% off the cost of normal seminar rates, please contact Jayne Ransom or John McMenemy on 01223 566285 or email riba.east@inst.riba.org
