Examination Preparation
The Institution was granted its Royal Charter in 1934 and is one of the nominated bodies of the EC UK. In its dual role as learned society and qualifying body one of the primary objectives is to further the education, training and competence of all who seek to become members.
The Institution and its Branches, Sections and Divisions, organise various courses on the preparation for the Chartered member and Associate-Member examinations which are the By-law testa of competence. These courses occur at different locations at periods prior to the actual date of the examination held in April.
Details can be obtained each year from September onwards by contacting Mr Peter Jinks, Examinations officer.
Past examination question papers are available to buy online or by contacting Alice Kingsley. |
