Simon Pitchers
Simon J Pitchers is Managing Director of the structural engineering consultancy Craddy Pitchers Davison.
Simon has over 30 years experience in the industry and specifically has expertise in forensic surveying and as an expert witness. He has lectured widely on a variety of subjects to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the House of Commons, Abbey National among many others.
Simon has been a technical adviser for a number of Channel 4 documentaries and has frequently appeared on Radio Two's Jeremy Vine show - providing advice to the public on building problems.
