Arkwright Scholarships

Arkwright ScholarshipsThe Institution of Structural Engineers' Educational Trust's main objective is to encourage young people to enter the profession of structural engineering. As a result, the Trust is proud to have been supporting two Arkwright Scholarships since 2009.

The intention of the Arkwright Scholarships is to raise the profile and status of engineering and technology amongst young people. By awarding scholarships during the study of A Levels, International Baccalaureate, National Diploma or Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, it encourages and stimulates exceptional 15 to 16 year old students to take up engineering or technological careers.
