Structural Awards
The industry's most prestigious awards ceremony
The Structural Awards are the industry’s most prestigious awards ceremony, celebrating international excellence in structural engineering.
Established in 1968, the Structural Awards recognise and reward the work of the world’s most talented structural designers, their indispensable contribution to the built environment and showcase projects that lead the industry's development.
The Structural Awards has evolved to such an extent that it can justifiably claim to be the fitting recognition of structural design achievement worldwide, with over 100 projects being submitted every year, ensuring a thoroughly diverse, multi-national, world-class awards event.
Projects are submitted to the awards by their design teams and then judged against predetermined criteria. Each entry is submitted into a principal category, of which there are eleven for the Structural Awards 2012.
