Institution courses terms and conditions
Payment:
The course fee must be paid in full no later than 10 working days prior to the course start date.
Cancellation:
All cancellations must be notified in writing, and fees remain due until the amendment or cancellation is acknowledged by IStructE Ltd. Payment for a course will be reimbursed in full ONLY if 10 working days notice prior to the date of the course has been received.

Substitutes:
Delegates may be substituted. There is no charge for a substitution unless the new delegate is ineligible for any discount previously given, in which case IStructE Ltd will raise an invoice for the difference.
Cancellation of Courses:
IStructE Ltd reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, delegates will be offered a credit note.
Accommodation:
A list of hotels in the vicinity of the course is available upon request. Accommodation and travel expenses are not included in the course fee.
