The Institution is keen to increase the percentage of members who submit their Annual Returns and to this end it has introduced a number of initiatives to support members and improve the standard and number of returns. Over the past three years reminder letters have been dispatched to selected branches and in 2002 the Return was emailed to all members for the first time.
