Affiliate
Affiliate status is open to all, and whilst it is not a grade of membership it effectively complements the existing membership structure by widening access to IStructE and its activities. There are no academic or professional requirements for people registering as Affiliates.
Registering as an Affiliate is inexpensive, just £70 a year. For this Affiliates receive the standard IStructE member discounts on courses and publications, access to all IStructE meetings and networking events, invitations to branch and regional events, access to the Members' Quarter of IStructE's website, as well as a discounted subscription to IStructE’s journal The Structural Engineer.
