Synopsis of project: The purpose of this project is to encourage not only more, but also more imaginative and efficient re-use of existing buildings, principally of the post-war period, by identifying best practice and the potential time and cost improvements. This in turn will help to reduce waste, promote sustainable construction and aid regeneration.
