Education: MEng, University of Surrey (ICE/UniS Scholar)
Employer: Tony Gee and Partners LLP (Esher Office)
Current Position: Graduate Engineer
Industry Experience/Projects:

As a student I was sponsored by TGP throughout my degree programme and worked my summer placements and placement year for the company. The highlights of which were working on the temporary works for Wembley Stadium, the design of an architectural footbridge in Scotland and the construction engineering of a post tensioned viaduct in Thailand (including a period on site during the construction).

As a graduate at TGP, I have continued to work predominantly within the structures group, working on the design and checking of complex bridges and unusual structures. This has included the analysis of a complex space frame roof in China, and the tender design of bridges for a crossing of the Danube and the London Olympics.

Specialist Interests:

My main interest is in bridges, in particular their dynamic behaviour.

I am also involved in Schools, Colleges and Universities promoting engineering as a career.

Hobbies/Interests:

Squash, Sailing, and Ballroom Dancing.
