Technical Publications Panel
To access the files, you must be a member of the Technical Publications Panel
Membership of the panel involves attending four meetings each year. As a member you'll have full access to all Technical Publications Panel meeting minutes and other related documents.
- To oversee the development of all new technical publications (from the point at which a business case for a new title is approved, up to and including the submission of the final manuscript to the Publishing department for production) in line with the ‘Process for new publications’ outlined in Appendix A.
- To help ensure (through regular review and in line with Appendix B) that the Institution’s technical publications are accurate, up-to-date and therefore suitable for dissemination and sale.
- To act as arbiter (between a publication’s steering group/author and the person notifying the Institution that an amendment is necessary) for all instances where a particular technical aspect within a publication has been called into question.
If you have an enquiry or wish to register your interest in serving on the panel, please contact the panel secretary.
