|The design of the London Wall Place Development was driven by a number of challenges including massive cantilevers, obstructions below ground and a viewing corridor for St. Paul’s Cathedral.
Najwa Jawahar, one of the engineers working on the new buildings, will give an insight into the innovative solutions, including the design of the 5.4m deep, complex truss system supporting a 16-storey building with an 11m overhang above the ground floor.

Najwa Jawahar MEng (Hons.) CEng MIStructE, has worked on many high profile complex projects, including Merchant Square Development, Paddington; New Providence Wharf, Canary Wharf; London Wall Place and Key Bridge House Development.
