This three-day course helps participants prepare for The Institution of Structural Engineers Chartered Membership (CM) Exam by raising awareness of what is required and boosting their confidence.
By the end of the course, you should able to:
- Plan your own preparation for the exam
- Recognise what is required to pass each element of the exam
- Formulate distinct and viable solutions to exam questions
- Employ conceptual tools to develop efficient solutions to exam questions
Owen Brooker is a chartered civil and structural engineer and has a wide range of experience in the design of large and small buildings using reinforced concrete, structural steelwork, timber, masonry and glass. His previous experience includes the structural design of prestigious London offices, swimming pools, arts & leisure buildings, educational buildings and domestic extensions, including basements in central London.
Owen is a marking examiner for the Institution’s CM Exam. The course will be coordinated by Owen and facilitated by several other marking examiners.
