Marketing for SMEs Workshop
Master the practicalities of effective marketing strategies and processes for SMEs. This half day workshop introduces marketing best practices that have measurably improved the commercial performance of more than 80 London based SMEs in the construction and design industry.
By the end of this course, you should be able to:
- Design a marketing plan, budget and targeting strategy
- Track and measure return on investment for marketing activities conducted in your business
- Distinguish the most profitable from low quality clients and focus on winning and retaining them
- Create ‘word of mouth’ new business referrals from your existing clients
