The course is a mix of individual learning activities and a series of live sessions hosted on the MHFA England Online Learning Hub. Individual learning is based on a combination of videos, workbook activities, quizzes and reading, which can be done at an individual's own pace in advance of each live session. The live sessions are led by an accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor. All pre-learning must be completed ahead of each relevant live session. Places are limited, so we are asking those interested to apply via the 'book now' button.
Delegates will be selected to ensure a good representation across practices of all sizes, disciplines and levels of experience.
Sally has a background in HR and started her move into the wellbeing sector, specifically mental health, in 2017. Having recovered from her own experience of mental illness she wanted to do more to raise awareness. She is accredited by Mental Health First Aid England to deliver courses and also delivers bespoke workshops.
