to his current role, he was a
practising structural engineer at
Arup for over ten years. He sits on
the Structural Awards judging panel
and is a member of the Editorial
Advisory Group for The Structural
Oliver Broadbent is the founder and
director of Constructivist. He works
with leaders, teams and
organisations to help them build
their creativity. He trains engineers
and architects in conceptual design,
and works with universities and
colleges to create innovative new
approaches to engineering
education. Oliver is a Royal
Academy of Engineering Visiting
Professor in Experience-led learning
at Imperial College London and was
awarded the Sir Misha Black Award
for Innovation in Design Education
