The first webinar of a 2-part series on digital optimisation focuses on the opportunities for business benefits, improved quality and increased performance generated by implementing efficient digital workflows in your practice.

This webinar introduces concepts of workflow optimisation within design practices, and more broadly within the construction industry, with case studies and examples of solutions to common problems in digital optimisation.

Delivering better design is much more than just calculations and modelling. Design team leaders must increasingly manage engineers with advanced digital skills, whilst continuing to oversee the design process and assure its quality.

Structured communication and robust digital workflows can optimise this process to ensure that the quality and safety of deliverables are maintained, with benefits for both designers and contractors.
