With over 30 years of experience, Bob offers a vast amount of knowledge and expertise from within the sector and can provide sage advice for all-manner queries relating to products and processes associated with waterproofing

Calwyn DeCoster is Waterproofing Specification Manager for London and the South.
With over 15 years of experience in the building construction sector, his expertise is in the field of Structural Below-Ground Waterproofing. Calwyn is a CSSW - Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing. He is also an AMICT – Associate Member of the Institute of Concrete Technology.

Paul has worked at Mapei for the past 11 years, previously working for 23 years at BASF. He has been involved with concrete repair for the past 42 years and composites for the past 22 years. Paul was on the original working party for the Concrete Society’s TR55, “Design guidance for strengthening concrete structures using FRP’s”. Paul also sits on 2 of the Concrete Society’s regional groups in the Northwest and the Midlands, as well as being a member and executive of the Structural Concrete Alliance and Concrete Repair Association.
Chair
Tim Boarer is Head of Specifications for Mapei in the London and South East Region. Tim’s areas of expertise are concrete, concrete repair, waterproofing, and related construction materials. He gained his expertise by working on specifications for materials manufacturers over the last 10 years. Tim holds a diploma and degree in Concrete Technology and is a Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing.
