Paola Casagrande Mental Health First Aider / Safety Director (Buildings), Ramboll

Paola is a Safety Director for Ramboll Buildings. She is a Fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers and has 25 years' experience in the industry.  Paola has a strong focus on Health, Safety and Wellbeing.

Jamie Chestnutt Director, Iunctura

Jamie is the Director at iunctura, a consultancy dedicated to leading company cultural change and tackling mental health. He is also the co-chair of the Men’s Network with EqualEngineers. The aim of the Men’s Network is to lead national conversations around role modelling, positive masculinity, mental health and allyship by hosting a number of webinars and lectures throughout the year.

Simon Houghton Founder, Unseen Aware

Originally trained as a social entrepreneur, Simon brings personal experience and a deep understanding of the needs of individuals with hearing loss to his work. He has made a significant impact through initiatives like the #WeSupportDeafAwareness campaign and the Unseen Aware movement, reaching over 415,000 employees across various sectors.

Andrew Leask Director, Rodgers Leask Ltd

Andrew is an experienced engineer with over 40 years in civil and structural engineering. With postgraduate qualifications in engineering management, Andrew has worked on key projects including service reservoirs, water treatment plants, and large infrastructure developments. In 1984, Andrew co-founded Rodgers Leask Ltd, a multidisciplinary consultancy specializing in civil, structural, geotechnical, and transport engineering, where he remains an active Director and Engineer.
