This training course is designed to equip participants with the necessary skills to have a non-judgemental conversation, recognise the signs and symptoms of poor mental health and learn how to effectively guide a person towards the right support.

It is a requirement that learners attend all sessions in full to receive their certification. Training is delivered by quality trainers who have completed the Mental Health First Aid England Instructor Training programme, which is accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health.

Sally has been working in the mental health and wellbeing space since 2017. Her personal experience of depression & anxiety in 2016 led her on a new path to wanting to do more to raise awareness, educate and encourage positive and supportive mental health conversations. She is accredited by the Royal Society of Public Health to deliver Mental Health First Aid training, qualified by City & Guilds as a Suicide First Aid Instructor. She is also a WRAW Certified Practitioner. Sally works with a number of clients across a range of industries, writing bespoke mental health workshops and webinars. Sally delivers courses with high energy and enthusiasm, working with her core values of authenticity, compassion and empathy.
