Common issues reviewed by the National House Building Council (NHBC) will look at the quality control and assessment of the innovative methods used for volumetric construction.

Richard runs the NHBC Accepts service for the review of innovative construction systems and products and the fast-track route for acceptance on developments covered by NHBC’s Buildmark warranty. He is a member of the Construction Leadership Council’s working group on Smart Buildings, the UK Government’s working group on MMC and a stakeholder in the Advanced Industrial Methods of Constructing Homes. He sits on the IStructE Committee for Business Practice and Regulatory Compliance.
