This course introduces EN 1991-1-4, determination of wind velocity and wind actions, and determination of external and internal pressure coefficients on building structures.
This course covers the theoretical background, technical aspects and Eurocode provisions for the analysis and design of flexible structures exposed to wind loads.
This two day course covers the design and analysis of steel bridges to Eurocodes with worked examples, including steel bridge detailing and fabrication.
This half day course covers all aspects of the design, selection, and installation of safety critical anchors into concrete and masonry.
Training for Chartered and graduate civil and structural engineers focusing on EN 1991 - Eurocode 1
A two-day introduction to the seismic design of civil engineering structures. The course will cover the basics of structural dynamics and engineering seismology with a focus on seismic loading and design codes.
This course guides you to successful use of aluminium with some simple facts allied to detailed guidance in using Eurocode 9.
This course supports the practising designer with the transition to Eurocode-based design for composite building structures. It will enable you to understand the essential requirements of this code for your structural design, how the code operates and how it can support you.
Training for practising structural engineers who want to develop a better understanding of the design of foundations and walls to Eurocode 7
