By the end of the course, you should be able to:
Graduate engineers preparing for Chartered Membership. The course is also relevant for other engineers who need an understanding of stadium design.
Our Training and Events Team has been working hard to ensure that the quality of our training does not differ despite no longer being in the classroom. We understand the importance of interacting with tutors and engaging with other delegates, and this has been prioritised when transferring our courses onto an online platform.
This course will be delivered virtually and divided into manageable sessions. The content remains the same as the in-house version of the course and the group size is still limited to allow the same level of interaction to take place between delegates and the tutor(s).
Angus is Chief Engineer at J&D Pierce Steel Fabricators and a Chartered Structural Engineer who has spent most of his professional life in contracting. He has designed many stadiums and helped develop innovative solutions for the build process. Angus regularly presents papers on design and construction related topics.
