The second of this year’s training gyms looks at what embodied carbon is, how it is measured, and how it can be reduced on projects.

Calculating and reducing embodied carbon on projects has become more prevalent amongst the construction industry in an effort to reach net zero where possible.

This event will look at how we may calculate and reduce embodied carbon on projects. As embodied carbon calculations will now also be featured within the IStructE Chartership examination as of 2024 this event will cover how these calculations may look.
