East Midlands Regional Group - Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Technical Meeting

This year’s AGM will be held in the Lecture Theatre in the Science Priory of Repton School.
The school archivist, Paul Stevens, will give us a guided history tour of the school, starting at 16.45, before we go over to the Science Priory. The tour will start from the Arch - see the map on page 2 of the flyer.

There is limited car parking at the school but there is plenty of street parking and a small car park adjacent to the Red Lion Pub.
We will try to keep the usual AGM matters as brief as possible so we can quickly move on to the main event of the evening.

Alex Cole will provide an outline of the different modular bridge systems offered by the Retro Bridge Group before concentrating on the Retro Light Bridge system and its use on a number of high profile projects including the Resident’s Access Bridge at Battersea Power Station in London.
Numbers will be limited for this very interesting talk, and we request that bookings be made through the following link: Tickets
