Joint IStructE /ICE Technical Meeting on UK Mega Projects : HS2 and Crossrail

Sir Terry Morgan’s career has included being the Chief Executive Officer of Tube Lines, a public/private partnership responsible for the maintenance, renewal and upgrading of the Jubilee, Northern and Piccadilly lines. He is currently Chairman of Crossrail and HS2.

In his presentation, Sir Terry Morgan will provide an insight to the UK’s two mega rail projects. Sir Terry will discuss how the infrastructure sector must not only manage huge levels of engineering and programme complexity, but also recognise the importance of developing skills and innovation and ensuring a sustainable supply chain, exploring the key lessons for the sector.
