Four Elms on Four Elms Road

Pat Ruddock and Tom Martin of Mann Williams Cardiff Office will present an evening lecture on the refurbishment of the Four Elms building on Four Elms Road, Cardiff.

The building was originally part of the Trinity Methodist Church on Four Elms, but became derelict and is now the new head quarters of the “NoFit State Community Circus”.

The structural scheme centres on increasing headroom for circus training and providing a purpose-built rig for performers and community alike.

The project has been shortlisted for the IStructE Regional Groups Award, which focuses on projects that have a demonstrable benefit to the community.
