This £96m project, part of the A9 Dualling programme, involves the construction of 9.5km of new dual-carriageway, four new overbridges, the widening of an existing underbridge and a new side road bridge. This investment is expected to improve road safety, journey times and reliability and will generate economic growth, supporting businesses, communities and tourism throughout Scotland by improving access to and from the Highlands and Islands.
Using recent drone footage, time lapse photography and sections of the project BIM model, the project team will deliver an educational experience which details the background to the project, the challenges in the design and delivery of the project and highlights the ambitious community benefits being delivered as part of the scheme.
The project team will be available to answer attendee questions about this exciting major infrastructure project.
