The last in a series of technical lectures on the Building Safety Act, focusing on legal aspects and liabilities associated with the Act.

This is the last in a series of technical lectures on the Building Safety Act and its impact on the wider industry. This session will focus on legal aspects and liabilities.

It will explain how the Act is enforced, the liabilities it places on duty holders and designers, and what additional liabilities structural engineers are subject to when working on Higher Risk Buildings.

Note that this will be one of a series of BSA-related CPD sessions through 2025.
