BIM Technology
Dear All,

As all of you know that the current and future construction industry is totally or initially depending on BIM technology. As a conventional structural engineer, although I was from the early engineering software users, I find myself away from this technology growth and development.

I keep following some information here and there about BIM, but still not satisfied about my ability to use it in the future career. I feel the distress of old engineers, who are not familiar with the engineering software as our age, and how they did hope getting chance to follow this technology. I don't want to be in same situation later!

Where is the start point in this field?
How to be a certified user?

I would appreciate any advice about how to start learn and practice the BIM as structural engineer working in UAE
