fake friends trying to get free work
Has anyone else any experiences of 'fake friends' trying to get free work and advice? I have found this alot epecially since getting chartered. It is not nice as these people were known to me and claimed to be friends when in fact all they want is a large amount of free work done. Bit of an eye opener as to how some people operate!

RE:fake friends trying to get free work
Many times, friends and family.

Design stuff for mates various extensions, turn it round quick, but getting them to fix a dent in your car or help with your plumbing, nah, we have to wait and get charged for it.

After many years of doing things for 'Friends' and getting nothing in return, we now have a solid rule, 'NOTHING FOR FREE.....EVER'. There are a few exceptions to the rule, but not many.
