GREEN, O.B.E., M.C., B.Sc, M.I.Struct.E., A.M.Tnst.C.E., said that he was sure everyone had listened with great interest to this paper and had appreciated the tremendous amount of work that must have gone to its preparation with the extraction of all the historical details which the author had given them.
