MR. A. H. EDWARDS, M.I.Struct.E., proposed a vote of thanks to Mr. Bylander for a most interesting paper. He desired to ask him a question about his proposal to put the conduit pipes for electric current in the solid concrete floor. Was there not some danger of the pipes perishing and also a difficulty in getting at them for the purposes of repair?
