Torsional Properties of Prestressed Concrete Written Discussion on the Paper by Mr. R. Humphreys, B.Sc., A.M.I.Struct.E.

It was gratifying to find that his full investigation substantially confirmed the conclusions which Professor Cowan and Mr. Armstrong had drawn from their smaller series of experiments carried out in 1950 and 1951.
