A numerical solution to the curved beam problem

The paper describes a numerical forward integration method of analysis applicable to any curved member subject to loading normal to its plane of curvature. The development of the method is shown and the results of its application given to two problems of known solution, with a discussion of the errors and convergence of results. PHILIP T. A.
