Graphical solution for the design of eccentrically loaded reinforced concrete columns

Reinforced concrete structural members subjected to direct and bending stresses are in common use. The design of such members as columns with eccentric loading, arch sections and rigid frames involves the solution of cumbersome cubic and higher degree equations.
