Bow Improvement. Discussion on the paper by O. A. Kerensky CBE BSc DSc CEng MlStructE MICE MlnstHE MlnstW (Vice-president)

Mr. Peter Stott (GLC) : ' I should like to congratulate Dr. Kerensky on his paper. It is a very pleasant change to be able to read a paper which says what actually happened. So often a paper describes what the finished article looks like, but not what vital engineering decisions had to be taken. The great merit of this paper is that it does tell you what you want to know. '
