Analysis of Corner Supported Rectangular Slabs

The paper describes the application of the finite element method of analysis for the determination of deflection and moment values in rectangular slabs supported at the four corners. Two types of corner boundary conditions were investigated: simple supports and fixed supports. Various loading conditions were studied for three aspect ratios within the range 1 to 2.
