Elastic Full Composite Action in a Slab and Beam System

The effect of transverse loading on a single panel square slab supported on fully composite flexible beams is considered. An elastic, small deformation analysis is made using finite difference techniques. The significant features of the results are examined and a comparison made with experimental tests on small perspex models.
