Discussion The Erskine Bridge by O. A. Kerensky, W. Henderson and W. C. Brown

Sir William Harris: Representing the President of the Institution of Civil Engineers, I am delighted that this paper is being presented jointly to our two Institutions. I had thought it was a bit double-jointed when I looked at the small print at the top of page 147 of the paper, but eventually concluded that this was merely because it takes two structural engineers to one civil engineer!
