Sheffield International Arena

Sheffield International Arena will provide a multipurpose venue for major events attracting visitors from a wide area. Built as one of the venues for the World Student Games to be held in Sheffield in July 1991, it will host gymnastics, basketball and volleyball. Thereafter, it will provide excellent facilities for all who watch and take part in sporting events, concerts, exhibitions, family shows, and leisure activities. It represents for the UK a major advance in spectator comfort and viewing. P.R. Benson and P.A. Gossen
