Multistorey Carparks - Design and Maintenance Issues

Multistorey carparks (MSCPs) are to be found in most towns and cities; there are over 4000 in the UK alone. They have tended to have a low profile, until 27 March 1997 when there was a partial collapse of the roof at Piper’s Row MSCP in Wolverhampton. M.P. Webster
