Canada - Alberta
The Institution has members in Alberta, Canada
Operating in over 100 countries, the Institution of Structural Engineers has a strong international presence.
Alberta does not have enough Institution members to justify a Regional Group, however it does have an Institution representative who you should contact if you so require.
An Institution representative is a volunteer within the region who is happy to be contacted with regard to structural engineering and Institution issues.
Please click the contacts link on the right to view the Institution representative for this region.
The Institution supports The Canadian Prairies Group of Chartered Engineers (CPGCE) which is an Inter-Institution body established more than 10 years ago with support from ICE, IMechE, IET and IChemE.
The CPGCE runs a full programme of technical events to which Institution members are invited. These meetings are normally held on the second Wednesday of each month (with no meeting in January, July, August and December).
The meetings are always held at the Danish Canadian Club of Calgary, 727-11th Ave SW, Calgary, Alberta. The website www.cpgce.org provides further details.
