Young Members’ Group

What we do

The Young Members’ Panel aims to represent the views of graduates, students and young professional members across the Midlands Counties.

We develop initiatives to encourage young structural engineers in the early stages of their careers and motivate them to eventually become chartered members.

Who we are

The Young Members’ Panel is coordinated by volunteer graduates and students who organise both technical development and social networking events throughout the year.

These contribute to the technical, social, political and professional needs of young structural engineers, as well as provide ideal opportunities to share knowledge and experience.

Get involved

Join us! We have regular monthly meetings as well as additional events throughout the year and are always looking for more people to get involved.

Look out for flyers, or get in touch with us at: istructeymp@gmail.com.

Start a Young Members Group

Starting a Young Members Group in your Regional Group is a great way to get more involved in your group and provide a programme better suited to young engineers.
