Structures added to leading citation index

Structures included in Science Citation Index-Expanded.

The Institution of Structural Engineers is delighted to announce that its research journal, Structures, has been accepted for inclusion in the Science Citation Index-Expanded (SCI-E); part of Clarivate Analytics’ Web of Science collection of citation databases.

Inclusion in SCI-E is an important recognition of the journal’s credibility — which will see Structures awarded its first Journal Impact Factor in June 2019.

The Institution would like to express its thanks to all the editors, authors and reviewers who have contributed to the success of Structures since its launch in 2014.

Structures is a collaboration between the Institution and Elsevier, publishing internationally leading research across the full breadth of structural engineering, and benefiting from a wide academic and practitioner readership.

Access to the journal is free to paying-grade members of the Institution, via My Account.
