Teign Crossing Cycle Bridge is a 90m long cable stayed structure over the River Teign in Devon. The structure is part of the UKs National Cycle Network and provides an essential commuter link between Kingsteignton and Newton Abbot for pedestrians and cyclists.  Working to a limited budget, the design team were challenged to create a light touch landmark structure, providing as little obstruction to the natural open views as could be achieved. Designed to Eurocodes, the structure uses tuned mass dampers to ensure that vibrations are reduced to comfortable levels.
