Construction Minister Nick Raynsford took time out from his busy schedule to kick the event off. Kathy Stansfield
Dr Lau Yat Sun, the Institution’s International Vice-president, talked to Kathy Stansfield about his career as a structural engineer, training and practising first in the UK but spending most of his working life in his native Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia.
