PIMM, (Past President), proposing the hearty thanks of the Institution to Mr. Fitzmaurice, which duty afforded him real pleasure, said that those who had had the privilege of meeting him on the Codes of Practice Committee had expected a great treat when he presented his paper; and he had not disappointed them. The large attendance at the meeting was a tribute to him.
