Stephen is a Director at Griffiths & Armour, one of the UK’s leading specialist insurance brokers and acknowledged market leaders in the field of professional indemnity. He has over 26 years of experience working for its client base which includes around 3,000 construction professionals spanning all of the major disciplines and ranging from sole practitioners to multi-national PLCs. 
 
Stephen currently heads up Griffiths & Armour’s team of specialist PI claims handlers. In that capacity he has amassed a wealth of experience in the defence and/or settlement of claims against his clients. This experience informs much of the firm’s risk management activities in which he is a regular contributor to its widely acclaimed publications and a frequent speaker at events such as these.

Paul is a Chartered Structural Engineer with 30 years of experience as a consulting engineer and project manager within the building sector. He is responsible for the overall management of CROSS and works closely with the various stakeholders and Expert Panels.  He shares their passion to ensure that knowledge is shared, best practice is adopted, and safety lessons learned are promoted across the industry.
