Charter Bye-Laws

A special general meeting of the corporate members of the Institution of Structural Engineers was held at 10, Upper Belgrave Street, London, S.W.1, on Tuesday, June 25th, 1935, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the subjoined Resolution :- “ That the Bye-laws contained in the printed documents produced to the Meeting and for the purposes of identification signed by the Chairman be and the same are hereby approved and adopted as the first Charter Bye-Laws of the Institution.” Dr. Oscar Faber presided.
